Have you noticed that blue bar on the top of my blog?  

That would be the BlogHer Tune-In Bar.  I had been on the waiting list to become part of the BlogHer Publishing Network and after several months of waiting, I received an invitation to add their Tune-In Bar to my page.  

I am not a 100% full-fledged member yet, but start clicking on the ads and make me some money :-)
